S. J. Dahlstrom, author of "The Adventures of Wilder Good" series, was presented with the Western Heritage Award for Juvenile Book at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum on April 22, 2017. The Western Heritage Awards were established in 1961 to honor the legacy of men and women for their works in literature, music, film, and television celebrating the American West.
